Tico’s, which is a nickname for a Costa Rican, will turn 9 years old on July 1, 2015. As a native of Costa Rica, I grew up around fresh fruits and vegetables. I have taken that knowledge to offer the best quality fruit and vegetables possible to make our juice. Our juice is all natural and when feasible also organic. Being in New Jersey, we also offer local produce when in season. There is no waste here at Tico’s either. All of our pulp created from making juice is donated to Cherry Grove Dairy Farm and Lima Family Farms, who use it as feed for their animals. We have been a part of the Princeton Farmer’s Market and West Windsor Community Farmer’s Market for several years. Last year we introduced Tico’s Juice Truck to the community and it has been very well received. The Truck is available all summer for events, sports tournaments and private parties.
In our deli, we are best know for our Quesadillas, but we also make burritos, tacos, deli sandwiches, soup, and several healthy salads such as our famous Quinoa Salad. All menu items are made to order so we can make it the way you like it.
It is a pleasure being part of the Princeton Community and being a part of keeping the community healthy. We look forward to seeing you soon!
